Hexcore Suncatcher

This suncatcher based on the show Arcane: League of Legends, was completely hand cut and assembled by me using traditional methods from start to finish in the UK.

It measures approximately 8 inches x 8 inches. 

The glass is cut from sheets of stained glass, the edges ground down and hand painted with kiln-fired paint. Then, once foiled with the Tiffany method, the pieces are soldered together with 40/60 lead solder. This piece was finished with a black patina to make the solder lines black. 

The price reflects the time it took me to make this piece and the materials used. 

As this is a completely handmade product, please expect slight imperfections in the design. 

The suncatcher may come with white flecks of wax on it, but please don't worry! This is just due to a protective coat of wax I apply to keep the solder looking shiny. You can buff this up to shiny again and get rid of the white flecks by gently buffing with a soft cloth or toothbrush.
